Committees
BARC committees assist and support staff in fulfilling our mandate. Members may volunteer to work on a committee upon approval of the committee chair.
- The Monitoring Committee develops BARC’s annual Toward Safe Harbours report, highlighting the implementation, successes and setbacks of the Remedial Action Plan.
- The Strategic Planning Committee is developing a broad strategic plan for BARC. Its focuses are: the main purpose of BARC, balancing BARC's communication, collaboration and watchdog roles and how these roles will change once the harbour is delisted.
If you are interested in joining a committee, please contact BARC.
