Get your group involved!

The Bay Area Restoration Council is a proud partner in Trout Unlimited Canada’s Yellow Fish Road™ Program.

What can your group do?

Groups of volunteers help affix markers and paint fish on the curbs above storm drains. Your Yellow Fish Road™ program might look like this:

A special presentation from a BARC representative
A storm drain marking event (1 to 1.5 hour outdoor activity)

Register your group

Once you’ve registered below, you’ll be supplied with everything you need to get your Yellow Fish Road™ program up and running:

A map with a route marked in your selected neighbourhood
A detailed program manual with marking instructions
Yellow Fish Road™ Marking kits
Yellow Fish Road™ evaluation form

We ask that you:

Create groups of 5 - 6 people with an adult volunteer for each group
Complete and return waivers prior to the event
Return paint kits
